This study aimed to identify the role of quality of work life in improving organizational performance in the health sector, in the state of Mila. It included hospitals and clinics belonging to the public sector in addition to a group of clinics belonging to the private sector. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate for this study. The researcher distributed 160 paper questionnaires to the respondents in the hospitals under study, and was able to employ only 102 questionnaires, while he was unable to exploit the remaining number because some of them were not retrieved due to the procrastination of some of the respondents, or because they were not suitable for exploitation and analysis because they did not answer all the questions. The study concluded the following results: People interviewed in public hospitals did not agree that their institutions have a commitment to the quality of work life variable, الملخص unlike private institutions who agreed that their institutions have a level of commitment and interest in the quality of work life variable.
